I do believe, however, that the representative is right – this is an issue with Peacock, but also an issue with Xfinity. After running the tests and going through his troubleshooting list, the representative concluded that the issue lies with Peacock. Over the course of 2 hours, the representative had me run a number of tests, reset my cable box and other services. I explained that I have tried that many times and it does not resolve the issue. Called again the following day…after another 30 minutes, agent told me I needed to contact Peacock, gave me a number for them that was just voice mail message, no assistance received. I am facing the exact same issue as described by user_aeaj7f with sreenshots above. The activate site just spins. Xfinity – help please, i do not want to go through a 3rd xfinity chat or phone call.
